When Will Change Site Address Tool be Enabled?

  I need to change my blog address and the tool is temporarily disabled. When will it be available again?

  The tool should be back up sometime this week.

  If you really need to move your blog now, I recommend registering the new blog URL, then export/import your contents via the Tools menu of your Dashboard.
