When will I be able to receive the EPP key for my domain name?

  I registered a domain with WordPress a year ago and I’ve decided to self-host. I need the EPP key to transfer the domain but they have yet to send it to me and it’s been a couple of the days. I’ve already done the steps of unlocking the domain.
