When will I get a reply about my guided transfer?

  I am wondering how long does it take for someone to email me back about my guided transfer. I bought a guided transfer about 4 days ago, received an email from one of your « Happiness Engineer » after the purchase and I emailed them back the necessary information needed along (web hosting username + password) with a question about a premium Theme I have purchased from Go Daddy. However I have not received an email back since.

  I have checked my spam forlder every day but Nothing from wordpress!
  I have sent an email to the support team but nobody contact me.

  I would like to get my blog transferred today – as indicated in the first email I received. But I am a little bit worried as nobody has contacted me after I sent the information needed. Do you thing my happiness engineer is going to contact me?

  I just hope that the transfer will be done today as indicated in the email they sent me:

  “3) We’ve scheduled your transfer into our next available slot–the 24 hour period starting at 5:00 AM UTC on:

  Monday, July 30th, 2012″

  I am very disappointed in wordpress right now.

  My transfer was scheduled yesterday and NOTHING happened.
  I bought this guided transfer to save time and because you guys seemed to be professionals. But I ended up with no transfer, no blog, nothing done!

  1. I have received an email on 25 July 2012 from an Happiness Engineer saying that my transfer was scheduled on Monday, July 30th, 2012

  2. I emailed BACK on July 26th, 2012 the necessary info needed (my web hosting login + my password) with a question.

  3. No answer from July 26th to July 30th —> I have checked my spam folder every day.

  4. Because I was worried, I emailed the support service and the wordpress forum on Monday, July 30th to know why nobody contacted me or responded to my question.

  5. 4 hours later, I received an email from the support service saying that they « emailed me on 25 Jul 2012 at 07:47 PM and I needed to check my spam folder to make sure their email wasn’t flagged. »

  6. Ok guys BUT I emailed you BACK on July 26th, 2012 the necessary info needed (my web hosting login + my password) to make the transfer as you have asked me.

  Sorry, but I can’t afford to wait longer because you guys are not as professionals as you would like to be.
  I have a business and I need this blog as soon as possible.

  Needless to say that I am pretty frusterated and UNhappy.

  For readers: if you are considering the guided transfer, beware!
