  I wander know if it is successful or not. and when will I get my refund?

  Hi Rich,

  I removed the upgrades from your cancelled Business plan and issued a full refund. It can sometimes take 1-2 weeks for refunds to appear on your credit card — if you have any concerns about that, your credit card company can help you find out when you’ll see the refund in your account.
