  The refund usually takes about 10 business days and it also depends on your bank’s processing time.

  Hi @jsquilling, I checked and I do see that two refunds were initiated on 9/22, so it should show up on your statement. Give it a bit of time, as mentioned in the support doc @pandeyabhaykumar referenced and check your statement.
