  Hi there,

  Your refund was processed on 21 May when you cancelled your upgrades. You can see receipts for the refund transactions here:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times. If you’ve not received it after two weeks, please follow up with your bank directly, as we have no control over how the refund is processed on their end.
