  When will my request to change domain DNS to ns1.ams11.siteground.eu be carried out?

  Thank you for your response and call me a fool if you will in spite of the fact that I have a couple of University degrees it is not at all clear to me what I need to do. The fact that you have no telephone support is also most unhelpful. Am i prevented from changing it because of some 60 day rule that I was not aware of at the outset or can my domain dns be pointed at siteground with a reasonable amount of clear instruction.

  I would not dream of calling you a fool!

  The only limitation is that you cannot transfer your domain within the first 60 days, meaning that you cannot move it to another registrar. You can however point the domain by means of DNS/nameservers. That was the help article which I sent to you.
