When will my space upgrade take effect and allow me to upload audio files?

  I purchased a space upgrade but I still can’t upload audio files.

  The Space Upgrade takes effect in a matter of minutes. What kind of audio are you uploading and what error message are you seeing?

  The “Add Media” uploader still says: You are currently using 580.4 MB out of 3.0 GB upload limit (19%).

  When I try to upload an .mp3 file, it appears to upload fully, but then I receive the message: Sorry, this file type is not permitted for security reasons.

  When I look at “My Upgrades” in the Store it says: 10GB
  Currently using 0.0GB (0%) of 13.0GB available. Status: Active.

  I am working past my deadline now and need to get this post done ASAP.

  Just to clarify, you’ve purchased the Space Upgrade for the blog silverdalestakechorale.wordpress.com, as listed under Store > My Upgrades. There is no space upgrade for vandenhole.wordpress.com. Uploading audio files requires an active Space Upgrade on the blog where you are trying to upload an audio file.

  If you meant to apply the upgrade to a different blog, you can click on “transfer to another site” under Store > My Upgrades.
