When will the problem with accessing through certain ISPs be fixed?
-
I am still having trouble getting access to pages in the dashboard (e.g. posts, pages, appearance etc). I understand that this is to do with certain ISPs blocking the site: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/recent-problems-accessing-wordpresscom-sites?replies=3
At the moment I am able to access the back end of our corporate blogs through my mobile phone on a wireless connection that uses a different ISP and has no proxy. However, in a working environment this is very difficult to do and not particularly helpful.
Would you be able to let me know:
1. if this is a problem that is going to be fixed in the very near future.
2. if there is any way that our IT department can work around. This problem has been going on for nearly a month now and I’m becoming increasingly unhappy with the service.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
I’m so very sorry that you have been affected by this issue. We are continuing to work with the ISPs to get them remove the blocks which they put in place. While I know that the only important progress will be a complete lifting of the block, rest assured that there has been progress made.
In the mean time, the only work around which I can suggest is to make use of alternate networks in order to access WordPress.com. If you are able to access it via your mobile, are you able to tether your computer to your mobile and access it that way?
We do hope to have a solution soon as we of course want as many people as possible to access our servers! Again, I apologize for this inconvenience.
