When will you be returning the money you charged for a service I cannot use?

I live in Beijing, China. Just after I started using WordPress, a year ago, China blocked your site. I stopped using it because my students can’t access it. I had paid for a 5GB upgrade that I didn’t get to use after all. I was disappointed at the time, but I got over it. Today I see an e-mail message saying I have purchased another year of the 5GB upgrade?!?! Why would I do that? I can’t even access your site from my home or school. I have to go to a friend’s house to use his computer which has a VPN in order to send you this message.

Please credit me the $19.95 the e-mail says you charged since I cannot put your site to any use. Please reply and let me know how and when you plan to return my money. Thank you for your understanding and your assistance with this. Christine Stewart – Primary Music Teacher – YCIS Beijing

I have removed the 5GB space upgrade from your account and refunded $19.95 for you.

I’m not sure if it will help you, but just so that I make sure to make a note of it, there is a way that you can access the WordPress.com dashboard from China and that is by using a proxy or a VPN. It sounds like something you may be interested in if you would like to try using WordPress.com again from China some time.
