  I emailed you almost 48 hours ago, and am still waiting for a response. The original message is below. Please respond ASAP, as this is somewhat time sensitive.

  Hi,
  I’m wondering about font options. I would like to be able to change the font size of single (2, actually) words WITHIN a paragraph, without the rest of the font in that block automatically changing to match it.
  I also am having issues with line spacing. When I cut-n-paste text from Word, (mac) anything that is multiple lines long and in italics comes out double spaced (was single spaced in original doc) and I can’t seem to make it single spaced again.

  I’m wondering: Are these things that are not doable, full-stop, or can I get this sort of additional options for font editing by either buying more options from you people, or if not, from a 3rd-party theme provider?

  This guide should help you to make selective changes to your fonts:

  We really don’t recommend pasting from Word, as it can cause the errors that you mention. Your best bet would be to compose your posts within the editor itself.

  Does this also mean that my spacing issue I mentioned is due to pasting from Word, and if so, will it be addressed by doing the steps shown in the Kitchen Sink, or will I need to go into html?

  Yes — the spacing issue you mention is probably the result of pasting from Word.

  If you follow the steps, you shouldn’t see these kinds of formatting issues.
