When you click About, it opens as my wordpress word document

  When my blog is live, and you click About, it asks for email address and then takes you to my word page. How to resolve please?

  Are you using a custom menu? If so, change the link from the media file for your uploaded Word document. I am assuming you have a real About page somewhere.
