When you read a blog entry in your email, does it show up in the stats?

    I notice that when I post something new, I get a very small percentage of my subscribers actually clicking onto the post. Yet when I ask people if they’ve read a post, they say yes. When someone reads a post via their inbox, does it show up in my stats or do they have to actually click the link to go to the site. Also, is there a way to make it so that only a portion of the post shows in their inbox and they have to click over to read the rest?

    No – reading the email does not count – only clicks onto the site count – set to summery below and subscribers will be sent a summery and need to click on the link to read the whole article

    Dashboard >> Settings >> Reading >> For each article in a feed, show >> Summery
