Hi there,
The preview that social media services show for your site are generated by those services based on the open graph tags on your site. Those previews get cached by the social media service, and if something gets stuck in that cache you need to force that service to flush their cache using the tools they provide:
https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/sharing/
https://cards-dev.twitter.com/validator
LinkedIn doesn’t offer such a tool, but you can force them to clear their cache by adding a query string, like “?1” to the end of your link when you share it.
Also note that http://jubbslongevityus.com/ is not hosted on WordPress.com but using the open source WordPress software for which you can find support at https://wordpress.org/support/
