Whenever I save/update a page, duplicate

  Whenever I save/update a page, duplicate pages are created, one published live and the other as a draft. I’m using a custom theme that wasn’t made by me.

  Sorry, I for the not very descriptive title. I thought I was contacting live chat.

  So my issue is that updating a page or post auto generates duplicate pages.

  permalinks example:

  Original
  http://www.example.com/about-us

  Auto generated duplicate
  http://www.example.com/about-us/about-us/

  Auto generated draft
  http://www.example.com/about-us/about-us-2

  What is the exact URL of your site and please tell us exactly how you created the page, online in dasboard, via the WP app? Thanks

  It looks like that site is using the WordPress installation rather than WordPress.com.

  Currently it is pointed to Media Temple, not WordPress.com.
