  I’d like to renew the whenyoulearnteach.com domain, which is currently expired. The system won’t let me utilize ‘manage purchases’ to renew, but tells me I must contact Customer Support in order to do so, which leads me to the forums. Can anyone please help?

  Hi there,

  Your domain expired 49 days ago and it is now in redemption. However, the good news is that we may still be able to recover your domain but a late renewal fee of $80 will be added to the regular price of renewal. This fee is charged by the domain registry and is not one that we can waive.

  Also, I noticed that your Business plan has expired as well. If you want to keep using all the features available on the Business plan you should renew your plan as well.

  I would like to renew the domain and the business plan. What is the total cost of that? Can I use PayPal credit as payment?

  Hi there,

  The Business Plan will cover the renewal cost of the domain, but you’ll still need to pay the $80 redemption fee on top of that.

  I’m checking if it’s possible to add the expired Business Plan back to your account in such a way that you can renew it from the Purchases page, in which case you’ll be able to use your PayPal account to do it, and pay for the domain’s redemption.

  But if not we’ll have to send you a manual payment link that can only be paid via a credit card.

  Hi!

  I was able to restore your Business Plan and You have until October 25 to renew it.

  You should be able to pay for it from your Purchases Page here:https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/sarahj.me/11548644

  Look for the Renew Now Button and then follow the directions to renew.

  Once that’s done your domain should be redeemed and your Business Plan will be valid for another year.
