Wher is support help for blaze ads?

    I am a paying user of blaze ads. I got a promotion offer of $50, and included my credit info in the blaze tool. I got mail that blaze had started charging my card without asking if I wanted to use more than the promotion offer. But the worst part is that the tool is broken, and the support link in the tool dont work. also its impossible to reach a human on the stupid AI chat. also there is nowhere to submit a support ticket. So since the tool is broken I have no way of knowing what happens and to stop the payment. when I click the support link it opens a page on my own site… very strange..

    I can imagine how frustrating it must be not being able to access your campaign or reach support. I can see that you’ve already tried contacting us, and while we did send an earlier email, it looks like it may not have reached you.

    I’ve just sent you a new email regarding this issue – could you please check your inbox (and spam folder just in case) and reply there?

    Thank you. I got really frustrated by the AI chat. If its not straight forward answers, support using AI is useless. I would not be surprised if most input in the chat is “talk to human”.. Right now it seem like the campaign is stopped, but I still have the error messages shown in the screenshots.. We can take the rest on mail..
