Where an I cancel my subscription

    Hi! I delete my wordpress-site from my host dreamhost. But I forgot to cancel my subscription-plan before I did it. Now I can’t log in to my page. Is there any other way to cancel my plan?

    What’s the name of the subscription plan you can’t cancel?

    Generally if you’re self-hosting, which seems to be the case as you mention deleting the WordPress site from your host DreamHost, then you are using WordPress.org which is separate from WordPress.com.

    Hi there,

    If you had a subscription for a hosting plan from Dreamhost, you’ll need to contact their support directly to cancel that.

    Or if you perhaps had a subscription for a plugin which you managed from within the dashboard, you’ll need to contact support at that plugin for help.
