Where are all the details about the Business Plan?

    I might be interested in the wordpress.com business plan but can’t find the details.

    I tried this link but it only takes me to starting a business plan: https://wordpress.com/pricing/

    I tried this link about eCommerce but it is defunct: https://en.support.wordpress.com/ecommerce/

    I found this post but it also does not have links or info which explain the details of the Business Plan: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/business-plan-questions-1?replies=3

    Can someone assist me?

    Thanks for the reply. The second link you provided does include some basic info about the Business Plan but it only shows how a Business Plan is just a bigger Premium plan.

    I am looking for the details related to the “eCommerce” aspect of the Business Plan that may not be part of the Premium Plan.

    Here is my specific question: What are the specific tools I can use to monetize a wordpress.com site with the Business plan that are not available with the Premium Plan?

    I hope my question makes sense.

    Well, we decided to remove the e-commerce plugins for now because they were not up to neither our nor many our users’ satisfaction. We are working on integrating a superior e-commerce option for our users, but the timetable for that implementation is uncertain.

    That explains why I was confused and could not find the information.

    I look forward to the improved plug-ins.

    In the meantime could you summarize the current allowed methods for adding commerce to a wordpress.com site (eg affiliate links etc)?

    And does it differ for Free vs Premium vs Business Plans?

    Affiliate marketing blogs: Blogs with the primary purpose of driving traffic to affiliate programs and get-rich-quick schemes (“Make six figures from home!!”, “20 easy steps to top profits!!”, etc). This includes multi-level marketing (MLM) blogs and pyramid schemes. To be clear, people writing their own original book, movie or game reviews and linking them to Amazon, or people linking to their own products on Etsy do NOT fall into this category.

    We do allow most affiliate links on WordPress.com, including from Amazon.com, as long as your blog’s primary purpose is to create original content, and not merely to send traffic to these sites.
