Where are all the plugins?

  I’d like to install several plugins for my site that I’ve used in the past with other sites. But the option to ‘add new’ and ‘search’ for plugins is not available. How do I search and add new plugins to my site? Do I need to upgrade to a better plan? Do I need to purchase WP Engine?

  Hi There,
  With a WordPress.com site the plugins that are offered are already built in for you. If you have a self hosted site, then you would add the plugins manually as you have mentioned.
