Where are instructions for account set up?

my friend is having a problem setting up an account with wordpress so she can contribute to our blog
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Your friend can set up her own WordPress account by going to the main page at WordPress.com and clicking the orange button that says Get Started.
Alternatively, you can set up your friend as a user on your blog. From your blog’s Dashboard, go to Users > Invite New. Here’s more information on how to set up a user –> http://en.support.wordpress.com/adding-users/

You go to http://wordpress.com and click the button to register. There are two options: Gimme a blog or just a username.
