Where are my comments, settings, and pages?

I have been receiving spam on my posts. However, I cannot mark them as spam or delete them at all. There is no way for me to select the comments at all, and they are outlined in red. I also keep getting tons of emails from these comments, which brings me to the next problem. My settings have disappeared, so there is no way for me to change anything on my blog. My pages tab has also disappeared, as well as the customization feature. I am very confused as to why/how they are gone, and am disappointed that WordPress support has been no help at all.

If you’re asking about the site linked to your name above this is the first time you’ve posted in the WordPress.com support forum about this problem (which incidentally isn’t the right place to be asking about the issues with your site).
http://www.bloggerdaughters.com/ is hosted by Name.com not WordPress.com. It is using the WordPress.org software. The two similar sounding platforms operate differently so you need to ask in the .org forums.
