Where are my Custom Design changes?

I set up a blog (annatoss.wordpress.com) at wordpress.com the other day and chose the Sorbet theme. Two days ago I bought the Custom Design for $30 and customized the theme. Yesterday I moved the blog to my own domain annatoss.se. Sorbet vanished in the process and changed back to Twenty Thirteen. I installed Sorbet again, but all the changes I made to the design are gone. Do I have to start over again? I’m not even sure how, as the “Customize” panel looks completely different now.
(I have a screenshot that shows some of the changes but can’t find anywhere to attach it.)

There seems to be some misunderstanding between WordPress.com and WordPress.org.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities. At WordPress.com, we provide hosting, support, and tons of features for blogs. Users also have the option to purchase a variety of upgrades to customize the look and feel of their blog. WordPress.org is a software for self-hosted sites. With WordPress.org, users are provided access to all backend files and can upload custom themes and plugins.

Your site: http://annatoss.se/ is a self-hosted, WordPress.org site. While the Custom Design upgrade you added is to your WordPress.com site: annatoss.wordpress.com.
Therefore you can edit CSS of annatoss.wordpress.com. I’d be happy to help you with that.

I do not understand. Is WordPress.com and WordPress.org not the same company? Is there a technical reason to why I can’t take the design with me when I move from one to the other? Or, if it’s impossible, could you not have given me a clue as to what would happen? Something like: “Feel free to move out, but remember you can’t take the furniture you have bought with you”?
I’m quite upset actually!

We are different entities. You are self-hosted -> meaning that we at WordPress.com do not host your site. You are self-hosted just using the free WordPress install at WordPress.org. So there isn’t even a way for me to look at your files since I am the support at WordPress.com.
Currently you have Sorbet applied on your .com site and your .org site. But if you make changes via CSS on one it wouldn’t be the same as applying it on the other. These are two completely different sites: annatoss.se is not the same as annatoss.wordpress.com.
