Where are my documents?

I recently asked for help uploading documents to my website. I followed all the advice given, uploaded my documents using the wp-admin option, but nothing shows up on my website. I then tried copy/pasting the links to my documents in Posts, but the links don’t open. Where are my documents? How do I get them to show up on my website where people can easily find them? I don’t have a blog page. I have a free business site.

What links exactly are you copy-pasting into your posts? Can you link to a post or page on your site where you’ve tried adding your documents?
The simplest way to add a document to a post or page is via the Add Media button, exactly the same as you’d add an image. That will then add a link to the file to the post or page which will either download the file to someone’s computer when they click it, or in the case of PDFs, open it in their browser, provided their browser has a PDF reader integrated.
If instead you want the entire document visible so people can read it directly on your site, you’ll have to use an external service to embed it. The simplest option for that is Google Drive:
