where are my images??

On my steep learning curve I deleted pages from my menu and in the process lost posts. I know they are still there because when I do a search they pop up and they show up under ‘posts’ on the dashboard. I just can;t get them onto the blog
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If you want the posts on your homepage, you go to Settings > Reading and select the option Front page displays > “Your latest posts”.
If you want an intro page as your homepage, and the posts on another page, you create these two pages in Pages > Add New, then go to Settings > Reading, select the option Front page displays > “A static page”, and select the intro page in the one pulldown, the other page in the other pulldown.
(In both cases you scroll down to click Save Changes.) -
Thank you Thank you Thank you! Funny isn’t it how hours of trial and error aren’t equal to a word of advice from someone who knows. Then again, maybe there is valuable learning in the trial and error as well.
