Where are my (jetpack publicize) subscribers?

    In my dashboard at wordpress.com I can’t see the subscribers list anymore. When I log in to my selfhosted WP site, under the JetPack dashboard I see that the website is connected with wordpress.com, but it doesn’t say that he user is conneted. I have moved the site to a new host but the domain is the same.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
