Where are my older, archived posts?

When I click on a category or archived month, not all my posts are shown. If a category says there are 90+ posts in it, it only shows a portion of them when I scroll down. I would like new followers to be able to go back and find them. Is there a limit to the number of posts per category or archive? I’ve searched and attempted to change various setting without making any progress.

Hi there,
No, there shouldn’t be a limitation. Any particular category should eventually show all of the posts which is contained therein. I did notice in your monthly archives (is that where you were speaking about?), that your theme does not have infinite scroll enabled and when you get to about 10 or so posts you have to click the Older Posts link to get to the next set of posts.

Thank you for responding. The problem turned out to be me :o) It took my son to realize my color scheme did not show the little boxes at the bottom for older and new posts. I changed it and, voila, there they were.
I am not certain how to change the archives to infinite scroll, the only box I have seen for it has been checked . . . My home page scrolls infinitely I believe. I was born in the wrong generation for all of this!

There isn’t actually an option for that, I’m afraid! It’s not a generational thing at this point, it’s just not there. Infinite scroll is really just for the main page on almost all themes. Sorry that I can’t make that work for you! :(
