Where are my Share buttons??

  Apologies. Very likely the answer to this is posted somewhere. But I’ve been searching for hours & can’t find it.

  Why are there no “share buttons” at the bottom of my posts?

  I just installed “AddToAny”. Clicked a lot of frightening permissions for access to my accounts.
  And still no sharing buttons of any kind showing up on my blog.

  The best (and possibly only) way to get sharing buttons on a wordpress.com site is to go to the sharing link under the settings menu on your dashboard. If you scroll about 1/2 way down the page you’ll see where you can decide which buttons you want to appear, where you want them to appear and what you want them to look like.

  Thanks very much for these tips.
  In setting up the blog, I did, actually, find the Settings menu. I knew I had been someplace where I had chosen Share buttons I wanted.
  I went through your excellent instructions.
  There were Share buttons already selected by me there.
  In case I'd entered them wrong, or anything, I chose the “official buttons” option, and re-saved settings.
  When my blog re-loaded… Still no Share buttons. Anywhere!
  Am I doing something wrong?
  Are buttons not supported in the theme I've chosen? (“Dusk to dawn”)
  (I hope that's not the prob. I love my theme.)

  You have chosen to make the share buttons visible ONLY on the individual post pages. If you want them to show up in the main blog page, set them to show in index and other pages as well.
