Where are my subscribers/followers – If I don't have Jetpack??

  Hi, I’m utterly lost and hoping someone can help. I have a self-hosted site. For a while, I didn’t have jetpack installed yet. However, I did install a plugin called Ninjapopups.

  The thing is, Every time someone subscribes for my newsletter through that pop-up, I get an email sent to me from WordPress saying I have a new subscription. Great! Problem is..

  I can’t find the list anywhere in my dashboard? I can’t manage the list of subscribers, let alone even see them. I have been at this for 3 days, still… have no idea where the list is.

  Every suggestion I’ve researched seems to say you need to go to “site stats”, which doesn’t exist anymore, except on Jetpack. I don’t have jetpack. So of course I just got jetpack, but the site-stats page doesn’t show all the people that have already signed up before I had it. In fact, Jepack shows me as having ZERO followers, when I know that’s not true.

  So where are these people? Where is the followers list? I literally have buried my head in my hands because i’m so lost. Any help is greatly appreciated.

  If you just installed Jetpack, you will not have any followers or site stats yet, as those will take time to accumulate.

  If you have followers from another plugin, I’m afraid that has nothing to do with WordPress.com or Jetpack, and there is no way to migrate them into Jetpack.

  Since this question isn’t about a site hosted on WordPress.com and also really isn’t a question about Jetpack (since you just installed it), you may wish to post on the WordPress.org forums and include a list of your currently installed plugins so someone there can assist you further.
