When I sign into my admin panel the whole left side is empty. That’s where the appearance, settings, plugins etc buttons used to be. Now it only shows new plugins or update. I cannot get to the settings or appearance button
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If you are not running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/ please try upgrading or switching first.
Note: If you are using an IE9 browser in compatibility mode that makes it render as IE7 and IE7 is not supported. To disable see > http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1196-internet-explorer-compatibility-view-turn-off.html
If you are running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com please do these four things:
1. Try clearing your browser’s cache:http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=32050
2. Make sure that you have third-party cookies and JavaScript enabled: http://en.support.wordpress.com/third-party-cookies/
http://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?answer=126543. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.
4. Try enabling HTTPS: http://en.support.wordpress.com/https/
If it’s still happening, let us know exactly which browser (and version of it) you’re using by checking here if necessary http://www.whatbrowser.org/ and also post any error reports you get.

Now it only shows new plugins or update.
What is the URL of the web site you need help with? WordPress.COM has never had Plug-in’s.
The site linked to your name is some catalog site and not a WordPress.COM blog and the WordPress.COM blog at the end of your Post has not had activity in some time and the Post I saw looked more like just send all traffic to some catalog site to buy doggie stuff, which could be a Terms of Service problem

There is no domain mapping upgrade for evamaconline.com. If you would like to use this domain you will first need to set up domain mapping. http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/
-
After you make the domain mapping purchase here > Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades and do the primary blog set up required to domain map from a free hosted WordPress.com blog to the domain URL it can take between 24 – 72 hours for domain name propagation to take place throughout the internet. You can view the DNS changes here > http://www.whatsmydns.net/ What’s important during that stage is to be patient.
-
evamaconline.com – does not seem to be registered.
Did you try and register the domain name? If so who did you try and register the domain name with?
Do you see the transaction in:
Dashboard >> Store >> Billing History?
