Where are the custom labels for comment fields hidden?

    A long time ago I added custom labels to the “Name”, “Email”, and “URL” fields on my comments form. Recently I changed to the Suffusion theme, and now those labels no longer fit properly in front of the fields that they are labeling , but I will be damned if I can find where those settings are. Have they changed over the course of time and are no longer available? OR have they been hidden? Or was I using some odd plug-in that allowed it and now I no longer have it? Does anyone remember where the settings to label the comment fields might be??
