Hi,
You can’t add plugins to a WordPress.com site, including Yoast SEO, regardless of the theme activated. However, see the Plugin Requests section of the Plugins support page.

Hi,
Thank you for your quick answer !
Do you know why is it this way ? I really wonder, because on wordpress blogs created via OVH, you can add lots of extensions ! -
It think you are referring to WordPress.org sites hosted by OVH. WordPress.com sites are fully hosted by WordPress.com only. See the WordPress.com and WordPress.org support page.

In addition to the information provided by @musicdoc1, it’s worth noting that WordPress.com sites include the functionality of many popular plugins by default.
For example, we handle many of the behind the scenes mechanics of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) on your behalf. Themes are built to make it easy for search engines to crawl their content and we automatically notify Google each time you publish new content. This leaves you to focus on the task of publishing good quality and consistent content.
I recommend the following resources as places to learn more about how SEO works on WordPress.com and for tips on improving your site’s ranking:

Hope that information is useful. :)
