Where are the links to "Remote Publishing"?

Where are the links to “Remote Publishing”? I understood it was under”Writing> remote publishing” but I don’t see it.

You can publish remotely to WordPress.com through xml-rpc, and you’ll find details here:

Being a new blogger, I was looking for ways to develop traffic and also make posting a better visual (I’m not happy with what my theme does to posts I upload using Windows LiveWriter.) Along the way I found a site that said I needed to make sure xml-rpc was enabled and that I could do so under”Writing> remote publishing”

XML-RPC is enabled by default. There is no setting currently called “Remote Publishing.” If you need something specific or find that XML-RPC is not working for you, just let me know which script or service you’re using with it and we’ll be glad to have a look.
