Where are the ‘people’ Humans that answer phones?

  I think I have a word press account or 2 from LONG ago. Not sure how to locate them. Wanted to start a new one and it said domain was taken….yes…taken by me…So I picked another name. Now there is a typo and I can change the user name but the @name is still spelled wrong and it is now tied to my email.

  Thewn I said OK lets set up an acount and I said I own a domaine and it gave me the option to move it to wordpress free for the first year but said nothing about future cost or what that entailed….then it said ok….you can just leave it where it is and map it to wordpress for “a fee”…..so what happened to free? Perhaps wordpress is not what I need?

  Hi again. First, just to make sure you’re in the right Forum, what is the URL of the site you’re having problems with? And are you hosted by WordPress.COM, or are you using the WordPress.ORG software… basically, who are you currently paying to host your site(s)?
