Where are the plug in options?

Where are the plug-ins that are available on my site? I’m looking for a recipe plug in and Id also like to browse through the other ones that are available.

While plugins are common on self hosted WordPress sites, due to security concerns, they are not available on WordPress.com. There is more info regarding WordPress.com and plugins here:
However, we do have several built-in features that were inspired by many popular plugins. You might find what you want by searching for it at http://en.support.wordpress.com/

Im looking for an easy way to display my recipes. A lot of other blogs have an organized format for recipes. Here is an example of what I mean:

Can I make my recipes look like that through wordpress? -
At the moment, we do not. I know it is something that many people (including some of us who work at WordPress.com) have been really interested in seeing. So I expect that we will have a version of something like that in the near future, but I could not give you a specific date.
