where are the plugins?

  I am very new to this blog era, so that might explain this”silly”question. I want to add an audio plug in to my blog, but some of this audio players read in the installation guide,”locate ypur plugin folder… etc etc” Where are my plugins? I mean, I have looked around all my blog settings and I can´t find it.
  Now I am beggining to wonder if I have to install the “offcial WordPress app” in my case for Mac, in order to see such Plug in folder.Any one has a clue about where to download such applications if exists? Or tell me how to locate the Plugin folder in my blog? Thanx alot

  If your blog is here at wordpress.COM, we cannot use plugins. Plugins only work with self-hosted wordpress blogs using the software from wordpress.ORG.

  WordPress offers an audio player though: http://support.wordpress.com/audio/ .
