Where are the screen options?

  I cannot find the screen options menu, as per the Help page on this topic.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  When you are on any page or post go to the top right hand corner of it to locate the screen options link. https://en.support.wordpress.com/screen-options/

  Sorry I should have said that you must be on the Admin side of the blog.
