where are "tools"

    HI,

    I would like to cancel a subscription from my own WordPress net but i can not reach the tabbed browsing “Tools” cause it disappeared !
    Is it in relation with the fact i do no want to get one year more disputing the amount withdrawm on my account via paypal?
    If yes ! ok I should pay 20 euros and then will i be confident of doing this operation getting back my money 99 € or not ? at pro rata temporis at least ?
