where can I buy No-ads upgrade for 21 € per year?

  Can I buy the No-ads upgrade?
  I don’t want to “purchase our WordPress.com Premium or WordPress.com Business plans” for 80 € per year.
  I simply would like to purchase the No-Ads Upgrade for a single blog (per year).
  Last year I simply buy “No ads” for 21 € per year.
  Why can’t do the same now?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The separate No-Ads upgrade can be purchased and renewed as a separate upgrade only by those who have username accounts registered prior to September 1st, 2014.

  As that is not the case with your username account you have to purchase the premium bundle of upgrades that includes the No-Ads upgrade. See Premium bundle details http://store.wordpress.com/plans/premium/
