Hello there,
WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades
See here:
Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades

Why do I need these links?

What does it mean when WordPress says “your domain never expires”?
wordpress.com is the top level domain here and all wordpress.com hosted blogs are on .wordpress.com sub-domains like this one http://lifesolutionsllc.wordpress.com/

If you are already subscribed then logic dictates that you do not need to subscribe again.
Bottom line: Your initial post was vague. Clearly state exactly what you provided your financial information for that you need a refund for please.
If you did not provide financial information then there is nothing that a refund applies to.
