Where can I change my blavatar?

  I just started a blog and noticed when I share it on Facebook, there isn’t an image next to the blog name/link. Upon a quick search, it appears I need a blavatar.

  I found this:

  Unfortunately, the screenshots do not match my admin panel. I can find the ‘General’ settings, but do not seen an option for a blog picture.

  I am using the free version, is that why I have limited options?

  Add “/wp-admin/” to the end of your website url to reach the WP Admin screen. Then it will look like the one in the screenshots on the support page you listed.

  Thanks for the info! I was able to find the setting and upload a blavatar, unfortunately, it still isn’t showing on FB when I share the link. Any ideas?

  Facebook does their own thing when it come to which images they use, though I’ve seen others in the forums recommend using the Facebook debug tool: https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug

  Paste a link into that and Facebook will give you an option to refresh the information it has for the post. Sometimes that will fix the problem.

  I was able to get it to work by putting the desired image in the blog post. Not the ideal situation, but an acceptable workaround. I tried all the facebook debug tricks with no luck. Hopefully Facebook will clear their cache (or whatever has to happen) by the next blog post.
