where can i download a desktop internet time/beat clock?

    was checking up on an old post on internet, beat time
    i checked the link and to my horror swatch have removed the download of a brilliant little beat clock that sits on ones desktop
    have done a search for an other beat/internet clock but none of them work on my set up [windows 2k ]
    except this nifty one which shows up with the PC time in the start up bar, created by j potter in Australia

    anyone know where i can download an other one
    no point having a post on internet time if there isn’t a download for those that want to use one!
