Where can I enable previews to the links and photos on my blog?
-
I can’t find the setting to enable previews for links in my posts.
Blog url: http://theosophywatch.wordpress.com/ -
The author of a post can preview it by clicking the preview button on the edit post page.
Instead of previews, do you mean you just want to know how to link to an image directly? Can you tell me which post or which photos you are trying to view?

Ah, do you mean hover previews? We did used to have a feature like that, but it has been disabled for a while and I’m not sure if we’ll be able to bring it back.

It’s not planned right now. But if we bring them back, we’ll probably make an announcement at http://en.blog.wordpress.com/ so I’d recommend subscribing to that blog to receive updates about announcements and new features.

Another quick question. How do I display different header images on specific posts and pages? I’m using Coraline. Does this theme support that, or would I need a custom design upgrade?
-
Coraline supports custom header images using the featured image option. To make it work, you need to add a featured image to a post or page that is at least 990 x 180 pixels.
-
Ok cool. What header appears on all the previous posts without featured images, do they get the latest featured image, or do I have to fix each one? What happens now is that all the posts share the most recently uploaded header, will that change if I start using featured images for headers?
Thanks. -
Featured images for headers are a per-page customization. So, all posts/pages will use the header setup on the Appearance → Header page unless the page has a featured image that meets the size requirements, in which case that specific page will use the featured image instead of the one from Appearance → Header.
