Where can i find a forum where users can rate/vote other users.

  I want a forum with the ability to rate users. That way people can build a reputation and idiots can be ignored or filtered out (even better).

  I cannot find a forum that does this anywhere.

  Any ideas greatly appreciated.

  Hire a web host, get a domain name and then host your own forum. And did you check out any of the online free forum sites?

  I just cant find any…. i am pretty It literate but im struggling. Vbulletin seems to have user reputation but not any kind of ban/suspend/filter based on this.
