Where can I find a similar WP theme?

  Hello, I’ve been doing some rough sketches on photoshop on how I want the site to look and I’ve been searching for a similar theme with no luck. The most important thing I’m looking for is the squared menu on top with no header and a place for a logo next to the menu.
  Here’s more or less how I want it to look like (not the actual logo and I think I’ll be diminishing the sidebar area):

  

  If you cant think of any similar theme, any help or guidelines on constructing this kind of menu is also very appreciated.

  Are you talking about a WP.com web site or a WordPress.org web site? WP.com only provides a limited selection of themes to chose from and you can’t upload new themes here.

  If you’re talking about your own implementation of WordPress on your own server (not WP.com), then you are in the wrong forums (see wordpress.org for those forums).
