Where can I find FTP credentials on wordpress hosted site?

  I am doing some freelance work adjusting somethings on a someones blog. I am wanting to work on it offline.

  I have exported it into an XML file so i can import it to my local installation.

  Where I am having troubles is, when Importing, I am asked for FTP credentials. Is there any way around this? her site is hosted by wordpress so the adress is like hername.wordpress.com

  She has no idea what her ftp user info is and its not in her welcome to wordpress email.

  Hopefully you would be able to help me with this.
