where can I find "install themes"?

  In the apperence under themes I can not find “install themes” beside “manage themes”. I have the swedish version. What shall I do?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can go here and browse the various free themes WordPress.com offers: http://wordpress.com/themes/

  Go to Dashboard > Appearance > Themes
  When you find the theme you want to install, click “activate”
  or you can type in the name of the theme you want to use and
  click the “activate” and that should do it!

  I have found a theme with a zip file. But I dont find the upload button.

  We have no FTP access on WordPress.COM so we cannot upload files from the internet. Themes available on wp.com are altered to operate on this platform.

  Did you realize there are different flavors of WordPress?
