Where can I find my API key?

  Hi there,

  I seem to lost the welcome letter that contains the API key, so I just wondering if there’s a way to look out for it? I have been searching through my admin page but with negative result. My site is not a blog, it’s a site with WordPress tool… not sure if that makes sense. It’s like I log in through [mywebsite.com]/wp-admin

  Thanks Lora,

  I registered for a new API key but it says

  “The API key “ee78********” belongs to the WordPress.com account of “xy558″. If this is not your account, please re-enter your API key.”

  So what is wrong?

  I see. So mine is WordPress.org but I could log in to their forum with my id which is ‘admin’. Please advise

  Sorry I mean I could NOT log in to WordPress.org forum using my id ‘admin’.

  Hm. Then you have to register an account or so. *shrugs*
  Anyway there’s nothing wrong since your account is xy558.
  “ee78********” is your API key
