Where can I find out how many RSS subscribers I have?
-
I have an RSS feed on my blog, and I’d like to see how many people are subscribers. Is this not possible, or is there something really obvious I am overlooking?
Thank you!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

WordPress.com no longer gives that information out, I don’t know why. If you use a Feedburner feed instead of the one WordPress builds in, you can get stats for that one.

Thanks, raincoaster, I had the feeling WP didn’t offer that feature, or else it’d be clearly listed.
Can you tell me if I have to discard my current subscribers when I move to FeedBurner, or if I can transfer them there?
Thanks…

You don’t have to give them up, but it’s difficult to coax them to change over. Just add the Feedburner feed to your blog and put the link in a text widget and hopefully the new people who sign up will sign up to that. If you’ve got your WP feed in a text or RSS widget, take it out. And if your theme has the button built-in, you might want to switch to a different theme.
Signing up for a FB feed will not interfere with your existing WP feed in any way; that always plain works. But if you want stats, you definitely want to encourage people to use the Feedburner one, so do a blog post about switching over, and include the Feedburner feed link right in it.
