Where can I find the A codes for my website? I need to be able to access my e-mails from my old mrsite account

Do you want to set up e-mail re-routing so it connects your lisajcoates.com domain to your external e-mail account? If so, then send us your MX e-mail records (which can be provided by your e-mail host) and we’ll set this for you.
Looking forward to your reply.

It seems you’ve already set the records at https://lisajcoates.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domains&action=dnsedit&domain=lisajcoates.com . Your e-mail should work again shortly.
Please let us know if you need any further assistance!

Where is your e-mail hosted? The current MX records aren’t correct. Please contact your e-mail provider and request the appropriate MX records.
Thank you.

Great. Feel free to send us the MX records and we’ll set them for you, but the mail.lisajcoates.com isn’t correct.
-
This is what they’re saying the records are:
(1) MX Priority 10 , mail.lisajcoates.com.
(2) MX Priority 20 , mail2.lisajcoates.com.but it won’t let me input them in that format
-
they’ve also said:
Kindly check it with wordpress support as it needs to be in above priority so that it works. -
mail.lisajcoates.com points to your WordPress.com blog (on our servers), which is not where the e-mail server is.
The MX records needs to point to your provider’s e-mail server, which is probably an IP address. Could you request them to give you an IP address instead?Thank you! :)

I do appreciate that you have other things to do, but I’m really getting desperate here. I’m waiting to hear back about so many things (jobs, auditions etc) and there’s information I desperately need on there about a competition I’m doing this week. I really need to get this e-mail working again

No it’s still saying page not found. Could it be something to do with cookies now? I had that problem with mapping the domain in the first place

I took a look and everything is working properly. Can you please try clearing out your browser cache?
